BHJFL SUPPLEMENTAL RULES

The rules in this section supplement the rules of the National Federation of State High School Association’s current edition.
Specific rules contained herein supersede those of the federation.
The rules in this section are supplemental rules for the Black Hills Junior Football League. These supplemental rules will be applied
in conjunction with WIAA rules fore all games.
All Black Hills Junior Football League games are played following WIAA football rules. WIAA rule include: Penalty enforcement, Conduct
of players & coaches, Ball in play, Quarters - Time - Downs, Over-time, Scoring, and Over-all game management.
The rules in this section are supplemental rules for the Black Hills Junior Football League. These rule are specific to the BHJFL.
These supplemental rules contain the following: Eligibility, Weight Limits, Playing Time, Length of Quarters, Tie Games, Player Recruitment
& Assignment, Practice Times & Dates, School Suspension, Notification of Rule(s) Infraction(s), Spotters & Chain Crews,
Head Coach Conduct and Injured Player(s).
